We will send you a confirmation email once you have successfully complete your order.
Once you’ve placed your order, your items will be on their way to dispatch. This means cancellations aren’t possible. However, once you’ve received your order, you can return your order with our Return Policy.
Normally it takes 1-3 business days to process your order. You will be notified by email once your order is ready. For pre-orders, the delivery times depends on each individual and it will be shipped as soon as it is ready.
View the current status of your order by logging in My Account then clicks My Orders.
You can also use the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email to track your order.
Yes, you can bring in store for you online purchase return within 7 days.

At this point in time, we don’t deliver overseas.
To ensure the security of your order a signature is required when a delivery is made unless you have selected Unattended Delivery. Risk and title in the goods pass to the recipient upon delivery of the goods to your nominated Delivery Address if unattended delivery is selected. Please see our Shipping& Delivery for more information.
If this happens, you can return the product by visiting our store, along with the tax invoice.
Or you can return/refund online by contacting us. Please upload a clear image of the damaged/faulty/wrong item(s) and make sure you tell us your order number and the item code(s).
